We keep this simple, because our data collection genuinely is simple: we collect the minimum needed to run a music store and a waitlist, and we don't sell or rent your data to anyone.

The public site uses no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics. We use only essential browser storage (for example, remembering an audio-player state). The application at app.beatzora.com uses a session cookie strictly for signing in.
Our infrastructure is hosted with reputable cloud providers which may store data outside your country. Wherever data is processed, we apply the protections described here.
You can ask us at any time to access, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop waitlist emails (every email also has an unsubscribe route). We honour requests within 30 days. Note that we may need to retain minimal purchase records where tax or licensing law requires it.
Access to systems holding personal data is restricted and authenticated; connections are encrypted in transit (HTTPS everywhere). No system is perfectly secure, but we design so that the most sensitive data, your payment details, never touches our servers at all.
Beatzora is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
